8. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives

1. Users and legal representatives may view or modify their own or their representative's registered personal information at any time and may also request cancellation of membership.

2. To view or modify personal information of a user or agent, you can do so in the “My Information” section of the website. To cancel your membership (withdraw consent), you can request withdrawal through the website’s customer inquiry or by phone.

3. You can request to view, modify, or cancel your personal information by contacting the personal information manager in writing, by phone, or by email.

4. If you request correction of errors in your personal information, we will not use or provide the personal information until the correction is completed. In addition, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify the third party of the results of the correction process.

5. Personal information that has been terminated or deleted at the request of a member or legal representative is processed in accordance with Article 2, Paragraph 5, “Retention Period and Destruction of Personal Information” and is processed so that it cannot be viewed or used for any other purpose.
